Backerkit Survey and Errored Backers

Thank you everyone who has filled in the backerkit survey so far! If you have not received a survey, please double-check your spam mail and if its still not there, please message me! Please fill out the survey as soon as possible so I can get a good idea of how much of which colour to create! I will be placing the production order soon, once all (or almost all) of the surveys have been submitted.
There were a few errored backers where the payments did not go through. If your payment was errored, you should be able to fix it via Backerkit. If you have any questions, please message me!

Backerkit Surveys have now been sent out!
If you didn't recieve an email, please check your junk mail. If have not received any emails regarding the survey in 48 hours, please message me! On Backerkit, you will be able to input your backpack colour choices and enter your shipping address. You are also able to purchase add-ons that you missed during the Kickstarter.
Any add-ons that you have purchased on Kickstarter will show up on your Backerkit cart, please keep scrolling on the survey and you will see it!
Shipping fees will not be charged immediately, but closer to the backpack ship out date.
Please fill out the survey as soon as you can!

Hello!
Just a quick update --
Backerkit Surveys will be sent via email soon -- in 1-2 weeks. We're waiting for some validation first! I will post another update once they have been sent out so make sure to check your junk mail when this happens! On Backerkit, you will be able to choose your backpack colour, get add-ons and submit your shipping address. Shipping addresses can be changed untill the bags are ready to ship out to you. I will send out an email closer to the ship out day to let you know of the address change deadline!
As for shipping fees, they will be collected via Backerkit. They will be collected closer to when the bags are ready to ship out to you and I will post more updates on when this will be as well.

The kickstarter funding period is now over and we managed to reach the goal! Thank you so much!
In the coming 2 weeks, you will be receiving backerkit surveys where you can purchase add ons, enter your address and choose your backpack colour.
